Venue Hire for exclusive use of Mulgrave Gardens for the full day on Fridays and Saturdays (9am to 11pm) is $2,200 incl GST and from Sunday to Thursday (9am to 6pm) $1,320 incl GST. There are also half day rates available, Monday to Thursday 9-12.30pm $330 and 1.30-6pm $385. Other times and hourly rates are available upon request.
Costs for wedding packages and other larger events are available on application as various site inspections, rehearsals and preparation day/s prior to the event may be required. Once you have made an initial site inspection and a package to suit your needs, a complete costing can be provided.
You may make a tentative booking which will be held for 14 days free of charge with no obligation. To secure your booking an initial non-refundable payment is required of one half of the Venue Hire. The booking form needs to accompany this payment. The balance or final payment for the Venue Hire charge must be paid in full 30 days before the date of your event.
If the event has been organized in short notice, the full amount may be required to secure the booking. Prices and terms are subject to change and must be confirmed prior to booking.
When an event is cancelled the initial non-refundable payment of one half of the Venue Hire Charge which was paid to secure the booking date is withheld. It is unlikely that the date could be re-booked.
No serving alcohol after 10pm, No serving minors; No serving intoxicated persons; Providing enough food and water; Ensuring the good order of your party.
There are noise restrictions to adhere to. On Fridays and Saturdays live music must finish by 10pm and other days 6pm. No subwoofers are to be used at any times and noise monitoring is to be done.
All third-party suppliers must have Public Liability Insurance.
