You may make a tentative booking which will be held for fourteen days free of charge with no obligation. To secure your booking an initial non-refundable payment is required. Bookings can be made for any day / evening throughout the year, except public holidays.

Respect Our Garden

We kindly request that all function attendees and contractors respect our garden and garden areas. Please do not take cuttings, pick flowers or walk on garden beds. The maximum number of people allowed is 120. Marquees and moveable dance floors allowed.

Adhere To Requirements

Responsible serving of alcohol. No serving alcohol after 10pm, No serving minors; No serving intoxicated persons; Provide enough food and water; Ensure the good order of your party. There are also some live music noise restrictions; more details below.

Prices, Terms & Conditions

Mulgrave Gardens is a versatile venue suitable for a variety of celebrations all having different requirements. Whether you’re planning a wedding, reception, engagement or hen’s party, birthday party, garden tour, corporate event and more, we can assist you.

Please note the venue hire costs vary, depending on the event and its duration. We are also able to assist and supply additional items, such as furniture and lighting, which would be above and beyond the venue hire price. As such, if you are considering Mulgrave Gardens as the venue for your event, please get in touch with us to arrange a site inspection and meeting. From there, we can discuss your requirements and prepare a package to suit your event, which would be accompanied by a quote showing the complete costings.

For reference, please note that venue hire for exclusive full day use of Mulgrave Gardens on Fridays and Saturdays, is from 9am to 11pm – on Sundays through to Thursdays, it’s 9am to 6pm. Half day and hourly rates are also available, enabling us to tailor the cost to suit your needs.

Secure Your Booking

You may make a tentative booking which will be held for 14 days free of charge with no obligation. To secure your booking an initial non-refundable payment is required of one half of the Venue Hire. The booking form needs to accompany this payment. The balance or final payment for the Venue Hire charge must be paid in full 30 days before the date of your event.

If the event has been organized in short notice, the full amount may be required to secure the booking. Prices and terms are subject to change and must be confirmed prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

When an event is cancelled the initial non-refundable payment of one half of the Venue Hire Charge which was paid to secure the booking date is withheld. It is unlikely that the date could be re-booked.

Noise Restrictions

There are noise restrictions to adhere to. On Fridays and Saturdays live music must finish by 10pm and other days 6pm. No subwoofers are to be used at any times and noise monitoring is to be done.

Insurance

All third-party suppliers must have Public Liability Insurance.
